Triggering (Suicide/Sexual Abuse) - HELP PLEASE!!!!! I'm spiraling
I'm going crazy! I ran out of my meds my life has gone to hell. Less than 2 weeks ago my 8 yr old sister was sexually assaulted. Ever since my mom told me about that I have been lashing out at my bf (who thankfully understands) but I have also been suffering though flashbacks of my own sexual assaults. Once I was raped by a complete stranger, once I was abducted, taken to a hotel and tried to rape me, 3 yrs ago I was raped on a daily basis for 3 months, and I was in a sexually abusive relationship on and off for 4 years.
The only way I can think to make it stop is to kill myself! I dont want to do that my bf loves me very very much and tried to calm me down and he can't and I just can't stop crying

as I said in the OP my boyfriend wants to help in any way he possibly can but nothing he can think of to comfort me has helped in the slightest and I dont have the heart to wake him up yet again (it's 5 AM in my neck of the woods)

 I can't imagine how you must feeling having gone through what you have and then knowing your little sister has too.
I have no words of advice I'm afraid, but I hope you're able to talk to your boyfriend and that he's able to help...

Im so sorry about all that youve been through and that your having a hard time right now. Just try and keep talking to your boyfriend when he's awake. Are you having any professional support such as a psychiatrist or a CPN? I dont really know what i can say hun but you can PM me any time you need a talk. Please take care

I cant begin to imagine what your going through right now. Please dont end your life, suicide isnt the answer and will also hurt the people around you that care about you. Im really sorry for what you have been through and that things are so difficult for you. Im sorry i dont have more in the way of support to offer. Your very welcome to pm me anytime though.
