I know sometimes things can be difficult and it can feel like it's never going to get better, but this isn't the case and often just a filter of the depression we are feeling. Please, hang in there and talk with us about what is going on for you.

Please do not make suicide threats or 'goodbye notes'. While this might seem harsh, suicide threats are extremely unfair on a website full of caring people who have no way of helping you, no way of knowing you're safe and no way of letting anyone know.

For example : "this is my last post ever, by the time you read this I will be gone", "pills are gone ... feeling really sleepy ... cant do it anymore ... sorry."

Sweety, I know it feels like history repeats itself sometimes, but everytime we fight through it we gain more strength and knowledge to beat it next time.
Have you told anyone around you how you're feeling? It's really imporant having someone there to support you in times like this.

Things take times sweetie. they arent going to be fast, so time will help. I know how your feeling but hopefully something will stop you because a life isnt worth wasting over the crap in this world. people need you and want to to stay. hopefully you realise this, even if its difficult to see it now.

What is it thats repeating in your life? We are all here for you if you need us. Please dont end your life though. Suicide is never the answer. Please think about all the people that care about you and the effect that it would have on them. Do you have any support at all? We all care about you and will do all that we can to help you. Keep talking to us.
