Don't feel bad about cutting yesterday lovely - it sounds as if you're under a lot of pressure right now, so don't beat yourself up over it because you can carry on trying without going back to square one. I think your boyfriend would only be "upset" in the sense that he loves and cares about you a lot, so knowing that you feel this bad would hurt him too because he cares. If you feel the need to get a release from crying or from screaming, then do it. Scream into a pillow if you must, I know that can really help. Also crying is very therapeutic - I don't often cry and not very well so sometimes I just get some time to myself and do exactly that. Cry, scream, anything and it helps so much.
