I just wanted to let you all know I'm back from my week stay at hospital. It was really helpful although I did miss you all while I was gone.
I got a lot of support from RYL and I've got a lot in the past, and I wanted to let you know how much it touched my heart to have replies to my posts and have support to my issues, and seeing the community helping each other out so kindly.
So, if you're up to it why not give someone a hand and reply to a post or hug a thread - let members know you care, because I cannot tell you how much I appreciated it myself, and many members right now need the support, too.
You're back 5 mins and ur already worrying about other people!
What u like?
Great to have you back Aimee and i really hope that ur words here are noticed and followed through cos i think we can forget sometimes how much a simple hug or a simple I'm thinking about ya can mean to others when they are at their lowest!
Too true that's what it should be about Aimee and I think a lot of the time it can be!
Sometimes people can fall through the cracks, but a lot of the time thats just because there's such a high rate of postings at anyone time!
Now normally us well behaved members would never go against a mod's decision, but if u expect folks not to be welcoming u back with open arms and glee then think ur going to be sadly disappointed!
"Be nice. Think happy thoughts. Champion silver linings. Love all things (not just cute things like babies and kittens) & when you do love - love like they do in power ballads (you know like on a cliff with the wind in your hair and your eyes shut, knowing you'll never know love like this). Watch out for dog poo. Smile at people - even grumpy ones. Remember anything is possible & whatever you do always try to look on the bright side."
Welcome back Aimee!
It's really great to see you back!
You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you wish to make.
I love you Aimee <3<3 and I'm so glad you are back and it helped :)
That's what I love about RYL actually, is that you can make someone's day feel better with just a simple post saying you understand or that you care. I know that from personal experience so
