when i was around 19, i thought i had fell in love with a guy over msn, who i had been talking to for 5 months before.. i had seen him on web cam and he had seen me on cam too.. after this we were texting each other.. and well over time for sumreason i thought i had fallen in love with him.. when infact it was just LUST and a crush, cause that has the same effect as love.. anyways this was at the begining of 2006.. and well i had this lust and crush for this guy for over a year.. when i told him, he didnt wanna know me, and i emailed him saying i wanted to still be freind, which he was okay with, so we very rarely talk on msn nowdays. but this guy is also bi curious, and its like he completely changed when i told him, that i liked him.. which seems odd.. any reasons people?
another thing is i dont understand how u can fancy or like sumone over the internet.. i mean why did i feel like this, for this guy, that i didnt even know in real?
This is actually very understandable, and as far as I know, not uncommon; I know several people who have developed crushes over the internet.
It is very possible to fall for someone who you've only talked to on msn or texted or whatever, because even though you've never met them you feel like you know them, and they know you, and that you understand each other, and a crush can come from that. And also you've seen each other on cam, so theres probably a physical attraction there too.
As for him changing since you told him you liked him, he probably just feels awkward... this is common when someone develops a crush on a friend, and the friend finds out, especially between 2 males (I'm assuming you're male because you mentioned he's bi curious?).

yup i am a male.. its odd though, how about 2 years on, i still sumtimes think about this guy.. infact i remember we was gonna meet up at one stage, but like i say, as soon as he found out about me, liking him.. then he didnt wanna know..
i do remember it got to a stage, where i liked them that much, that i started crying as i missed them.. at this stage i thought right its gotta stop, so we didnt speak for about nearly a year.. which i think did help.. cause it made me forget about him abit..
nowdays when i speak to him on msn, i keep my distance from him
