But yeah, I was at one of my usual boring counselling DBT sesison thingy's & they said you've got to do a poster with lyrics, poems, quotes etc that have saved your life. So I was just wondering... What has saved people's lives in the past? :)

Those are the only inspirational lyrics I can recall. Mostly what helps me are lyrics that completely express how I'm feeling. Getting that indentifiation helps me feel less alone, and helps me make sense of my life.
