In... a bowl of rice?
Wow, that's a new one on me!

Ha, my friend did that. It didn't break it completely, but it messed up the screen and now you can't see what's playing XD

Tonight I'm alive just to say I love you to death.

ok so i have done some research for you....

Quote:
Let it dry out throughly in a warm, dry place. Do not turn it on until you've let it sit for a few days. I've seen two ipods that survived complete cycles in the washing machine.
also....

Quote:
The best advice I can give you is to leave it in a warm dry place for a day or so. I've read that placing it in a bowl and covering with uncooked rice aids in the drying process. Don't try to use it or plug it in. If it still does not work after a couple of days, it is probably toast. Also, I would not leave it on a sunny dashboard - the extreme heat in a sunny car can do as much damage as the water.
So you seem to be doing things right.

Good luck i hope it works.

Dry it.
Bring it back to the shop and say it just broke.
Get a new one as a replacement.
That's what my friend did (Y)

^^Soaks up moisture in the air, helps the 'pod dry.

I wanna 'pod, but I have my phone instead, good old Sony, they really are superior mobiles.
Better than those stinky old Nokias.

Dicky!
