stress related physical symptoms/psychosomatic stuff

I suffer from what's known as 'vasomotor rhinitis' which is getting a blocked nose from stress related, as well as other, causes.

It's been really bad the past 24 hours or so, but now's lifted since a phone call at work about work related stuff that was causing the stress, took away a lot of the stress. Now I can breathe properly through my nose again! I find it kind of astounding that such sudden improvement can come from a psychosomatic based symptom like that!

Anyone else get stress related physical symptoms that come and go like this?

I get what is most politely described as "stress gut."

I get colds and other respiratory infections when I get stressed. Last time I had one is when I was kicked off my uncle's property. I had pneumonia after a confrontation with my sister in law.

My husband is my best friend.

In forgiving others, we are not exonerating them. They may not deserve exoneration. Rather, in forgiving others we are giving up our anger over the fact that what happened is not what "should" have happened or that our life is not the way it "should" have been.

I get hives on my hands when I'm stressed if that counts. They're ugly and horrible and itchy but they ease off when I start to de-stress and end up completely gone again

I've come so far, I'm behind again
