Cigarettes & Rustlings in "The Shadows".
Firstly. How sh*t scary Was Doctor Who. I missed it yesterday so had to watch it on repeat today.
But Jaysus. I've turned all the lights on in my house!
So Anyway. I was sitting out in my garden earlier, Enjoying a casual Cigarette.
And then getting smoke in my eyes and flapping around like a spack.
And then from the fecking shadows across the garden I hear Rustling.
Although I realise The monsters on Doctor don't exactly *rustle* I got a bit edgy.
So I sit. Still and worried.
Until some cheeky little B*stard of a HEDGEHOG shuffles into the light from the kitchen and sniffs up towards me.
Oh. How silly I do feel.
So. The point of this thread?
I don't really know.
Discuss? Doctor Who and Hedgehogs. =]

Now i'm a bit scared to watch that episode >.<
Uh oh.
You would hate living where I live, every time you go out there's rustling and it's a hedgehog! It's terrifying I do have to say and, don't feel stupid, I probably would have **** myself, ran inside, turned all the lights on and sat and rocked. (Not a pussy at all)

It was quite a small one.
We've had a regular for the last few years, so it was probably one of its babies.
I have old photos some wheres.....

You gotta love hedgehogs like but they all seem to be single mothers.
I never see a father to their babies *shakes fist*

Ohhh, I refuse to go out for a cig at night without someone on the phone (zoe can testify) because we have freaking foxes in our garden. So youre merrily puffing away and then theres rustling......I dont stick around for when they come right into the garden but theyre there like every night.

There are times to stay put, and what you want will come to you.
But there are times to go out into the world and find such a thing for yourself.
I aint no abacus but you can count on me.

I know !! As if I wasn't scared enough of the dark sometimes as it is, now they've given me a "rational reason" to be !
And awwwwwwwh at that hedgehog !

"Be nice. Think happy thoughts. Champion silver linings. Love all things (not just cute things like babies and kittens) & when you do love - love like they do in power ballads (you know like on a cliff with the wind in your hair and your eyes shut, knowing you'll never know love like this). Watch out for dog poo. Smile at people - even grumpy ones. Remember anything is possible & whatever you do always try to look on the bright side."

If we fall, we don't need self recrimination or blame or anger - we need a reawakening of our intention and a willingness to re-commit, to be whole hearted once again.

I only just got to watch that episode and had to resort to dragging my poor dog who was happily munching away on ice cubes, away from her bed so I cling to her. Definitely scary. Am I going outside tonight? Definitely not.
