Triggering (SI) - One Month!
It was a month on Friday evening since I last cut!
I know it probably doesn't sound that great, but it was huge thing for me.
So I thought I'd post it here.

To be honest, I don't know whether I am going to get through each day without doing it, but I'm just seeing how it goes. I'm struggling, and it's a nightmare (well it is for me anyway - I dunno how others feel) but it is possible.
