Hey,
Try and take some deep breaths, calm yourself down, and stay positive.
Remind yourself of all the reasons why hurting yourself isn't worth it, why you stopped, and that it won't help in the long run. Keep yourself around people, keep yourself distracted. Do things you enjoy, draw, paint, read, write, play online games, etc.
It's not worth getting back into the cycle of self-harm again, and you've come this far now that it proves you don't need self-harm anymore. Well done on those months.
