Well.......... I spent the morning in A&E. Last night i cut a bit to much And they just would not stop weeping and bleeding at times. So i was going to pop down there before i started work. But no it was longer. First i saw a nurse. Then had to wait to see the doctor. Then the nurse came back to dress them. After that they said they wanted me to see the crisis team. So i waited for 3 hours in the waiting room. To start with it was not that busy at all. but as time went on it got really busy from a waiting time of when i first got there was 30mins to an hour when i was seen. But it got 3 to 4 hours some people were waiting by the time i saw the crisis team. The crisis team did not help one bit they said to keep taking the pills. And i need CBT but they don't know how to get it on the NHS. So that was that my A&E trip. I've never been to A&E for cutting before. Only od'ing on things. But they were i mean the doctor and the nurse were really nice about it all. I was so worryed about it. But it was one of them things that had to be done. Its kinda shook me up a bit.

Its ok, i know what u mean, the crisis team didnt really help me either. they just say pills don't they? But we're here for you, we all make mistakes like that, we all slip up. We jsut hav to learn. and we just hav to fight to raise ourselves above that. hang in there hun

I'm sorry they didn't help. It's so frustrating when doctors make you wait for hours, and then don't help! I'm here for you. *cuddles*

Maybe ask your own GP to refer you for CBT if it is something you feel would help.
The crisis team are often not the best lot I have found!

Sorry about your - well - delay in things.
But most doctors aren´t really of much help in such cases, don´t worry too much about it!
