Problem With PMs
I got a PM yesterday and deleted it after reading it. I cam back to RYL later on and it said that I had a new PM and when I read to read it, it wasn't there. It happened again today. Why?

Are you still having this problem Sofie? Try emptying your temporary internet files.
If that doesn't solve it, PM your account details in confidence and I'll take a look for you :)

If you read a new PM and then click on something or go to a site that's un-RYL related, or exit your browser - when you next go on RYL it'll say you have a new PM and it's the same one.
That made no sense. At all. But I know what I'm talking about. Could that be something to do with it?

Hi Nat, that does make sense and is a really helpful observation actually. The PM is not actually marked as 'read' in our database until you navigate away from it to another page on RYL
