I don't know if they changed the woman or not, but i think those episodes are early ones, and maybe the people hadnt found their "voices" properly...i don't know *shrugs*

The voices of said actresses have changed slightly from season to season, which is very evident if you watch a season 2 episode then a season 6. Tis is only because the actresses have grown more comfortable and practised in using the voices of their characters and slipped into a voice that's more comfortable to use on the long term basis that recording sessions demand.
It happens in every cartoon series that's been running for a while. watch a season 1 simpsons episode then watch one of their latest season, you'll see how different all the character's sound.

That must have been an old episode. Lois has always been played by Alex Sulkin. But for the first two seasons she used a slightly different voice, chaging to the one we know Lois uses now in the third season because it was actually easier on her throat.
For the first season only Meg was played by Lacey Chabert. Better known forthe voice of Eliza Thornberry in The Wild Thornberry's and the Chracter Penny Robinson in the Lost In Space movie.
From the second season onwards she was played by Mila Kunis.
