Hi guys!!!!I am Catherine, Irene's sister and she told me to tell you something.
First of all she is still in hospital and they don't know when they will release her.She has ups and downs and she asked me to come here and ask for your support.She says that she has stopped SIing thanks to a girl she met at the hospital, but she finds it too hard to keep their deal.If she SIs, she will lose that girl forever.She can SI there because she has cigarettes and she wants to do it but she cant because of that girl.
Please give her guys your support.She really neads it!!She has huge urges ALL the time!!The thoughts cant go away.
I am really worried!!!!I love her so much and i don't want her to SI.
Right now she called and said she's having a really hard time.
Tell me anything to support her!!!!!!!!Please!!!!!

hi hope your ok. keep strong babe it will hurt for the short term but you will make it through believe in urself you ca do it.

Irene, sorry things are so hard atm hun. Please dont SI, try and talk to someone about your feelings or write them down or something instead. try and look after yourself.
Catherine, I know you must be so worried, but please try take care of yourself as well as your sister.

hey Irene, I know I haven't spoken to you but I noticed you had another thread a while ago to say you may be going into hospital and just looked up to see how you were doing. First of all, seriously bug Congratulations on stopping SIing, it is a huge achievement :). Try to stay strong with the urges, they are bound to be terrible to start with but eventually they will ease and you will be able to put all this behind you. Your family obviously love you very much, lean on them and let them help you to get better. I look forward to seeing a happy and healthy you when you are able to post yourself x
*cuddes* please try to take care Irene? i know its hard not to SI, especially when you've made a promise to someone that you wont, but SI-ing wont help make you feel better. you know that if you did it, you would feel awful afterwards. SI wont help you. you can make it through this though. just keep fighting and remember we're all here for you *huggles*

hi guys!!Im Irene!! they gave me the weekend to go home and ill go back at the hospital on monday. i SIed today :( i don't know if my friend will be mad at me and stop talking to me. i hope not. i feel so worried.

You've done so well to not SI, and for your friend to expect you to quit without any slip ups would be an incrediably high expectation. If you were giving up smoking, she wouldnt expect you to just stop one day, would she? You've got to cut down and then even then you might slip up every now and then, but you have been doing so amazingly well and i'm so proud of you :)
I hope the hospital has been helping you and that you're doing ok.
