Triggering (SI/Sexual Abuse) - I dont know what to do..i need help
I feel as though I can not breathe, I just went to my doctor office today (my gynecologist) I have not seen her since I was raped by my father and his friend back in January. I went in today just for a regular exam but found out I am pregnant. I just cant even think It is putting so many thoughts in my head I feel like I need to cut so bad.

I'm so sorry this is happening, love. I can't imagine what you're going through. If you can though, you need to tell someone and get help. You can't deal with this alone, no one could.

I'm really sorry that you're going through this. If you ever need to talk to anyone about this here, you are more than welcome to pm me. I got pregnant through incest as well.
You need to tell the gyno that the child is a quite possibly a product of incest because there are some big issues with incest pregnancies, one being that they are more prone to being miscarried.

Im sorry these events happened, you say you were told you were pregnant, did they offer you anybody to talk to about this, obviously it is a big deal for anyone, but especially in this case the circumstances surrounding your pregnancy.
dou you see a counsellor? is there anyboy you can talk to about what you want to do now.
