Please, Please help me

I feel so empty, like someone has taken my personality, my essence away. I know that when I am like this it stresses my partner, but my head doesnt care. I know i should feel something, but there is nothing in my head - just a empty white static.
Does anyone know anything besides medication that might help??? I just need to survive til next wednesday when i see my therapist again. I just need some help.
I feel so distant. And if i really really try to feel something, I feel quietly sad. which just becomes numbness again. I really want to cut, but I am 6 days clean and the longer i dont do it the more chance ill stop.
PLEASE HELP ME.
anything that will help ANYTHING would be really really appreciated.
thankyou

I hear you. I understand how it is to feel so numb, so lost.

Maybe drop the idea that you should feel something right now. Your mind maybe trying to protect you from a feeling that you don't yet feel ready to bear.
It might help to allow yourself to just rest in this feeling state, be with it, listen to what it has to say.
Maybe try writing down what you are experiencing in as much detail as possible. Or/and you could make a drawing or painting of this landcape place in your mind.

To help you reconnect with your body and surroundings gently, you might like to try an aromatherapy oil/bubbly bath or shower, or dancing to some music that speaks to you right now. Or curling up under a blanket with a soft toy and giving yourself a gentle hug.

I am glad that you are already seeing a therapist. Its not so long until you see him/her again. What are you focusing on in therapy right now? What helps?
Medication may well help. This is something your therapist will be able to assess also, and they might suggest you visit your GP to ask about medication.
edit - you say you are changing medication. What were you on? Withdrawing from medication can have this kind of effect. Are ou being put on another medication?

For now... just be with yourself. I'm here too. I'll be around for a little while to listen.

With my therapist i have been working on skills to stop me self injuring. i have a list of things to do instead of hurting myself, i did them all. and i still feel like crap.
I was on lovan, and have been on luvox for three weeks now. The doctor yesturday told me to double the dose, and she gave me some valium for panic attacks. but that wont help me at the moment, as i am already calm...but eerily calm, (if that makes sense)

Yes, that makes sense.

I have no experience of either of those meds, unfortunately. But I do know that dose and med changes can be turbulent.

What things have you on the list? What is it about them do you think that doesn't seem to be helping you right now? It sounds to me like either having a nap or moving your body by dancing might help a bit right now. Have you tried those?
