Triggering (SI/Suicide) - Crisis Team??

I am feeling rather impulsive right now..I use to be under the crisis team 8 months ago...Do you think they would help me if I phoned them? I am considering the fact that they said only for 6 months so I dont really no what else to do.

They are a mental health service, i really dont think they would turn you away if you needed help. I hope everything goes ok with talking to them

Hi Sammii,

I think you should give crisis team a go. I'm sure they'd be greatful you rang them rather than acting out on the impulsive thoughts. I saw in another thread you were in a unit, are you still there? If you are, could you give them a ring and see what they think might help you right now?
