I am currently:
Triggering (SI) - :/ emergency.

i definitely do and do not want to cut myself right now,
but i still don't know how to avoid it.
i'm afraid that if i cut right now, i won't stop,
because it's happened before, and i feel worse now than i did then.

i'm not even sure if i care what happens right now,
which i recognize as a bad sign. :/

i really just need to talk right now, i think.

I am currently:

aww, I'm sorry you're feeling bad, I know it sucks but you can get through this. The feeling won't carry on feeling this intense if you can get your mind onto something else.
If you feel like you're out of control maybe you should try and put yourself in a position where you are around other people who can help you feel a bit more positive and less panicky?
Have you had a look at the distractions pages?
Also, I have found looking up random things on wikipedia or ebay can be quite amusing. yes, you can even get rubber band balls on ebay. how random!

I am currently:

throw things if you're angry and dance to angry/fast music to release tension.
deep breathing and calming music if you're panicked (check out the breathing exercises on fun and distractions forum).
write it down if there's too many thoughts in your head. then rip up the paper if it helps.
phone someone for a chat who will cheer you up.
keep busy and safe

Hey *hugs you* Im sorry your feeling like this. Keep fighting through this, we are all here for you so you wont have to go through this on your own. Do you have any support at all? Try to keep yourself distracted as much as you can, there are lots of distractions that you could try, like doing jobs to keep yourself occupied, watching a movie, posting on the fun and distrations forum or listening to music. I know this is difficult for you but you can get through this. Please take it easy and be gentle with yourself. Please keep talking to us.
