does anyone pick there wounds?? currently have a burn that cant stop picking. is it just me or is this normal?

all the time! what's the point in having a wound if you don't pick it??

Just keep it clean and try not to make it bigger. It will heal in it's own sweet time.

i alwasy like picking i think its quite theraputic but just not sure why im doing it this time. whether its to make it worse and then burn again. scaring me a little

I do it but it kinda triggers me to cut more because i need to see the blood. But i do it with any wounds self inflicted or not.

I do, I think it's disgusting but I still do it. I think a lot of people pick scabs and that anyway but you do have to be careful you aren't making the wound worse. Not sure I can talk though!
