Hey there *hugs you* Im sorry to hear that your struggling. I want you to know that we are all here for you and we will do our best to suport you. Can you talk to us about what it is thats made you feel like this? Has something triggered you? Do you have any support at all? Like a counselor? Or someone close to you who you could talk to? You can get through this i believe in you. Please keep fighting through this, i know its difficult but you can beat this. If you can try and pin point what it was that triggered you then that will help. I know what its like to get severe urges to harm yourself, but take things in small steps a day at a time.
I know we dont always know what it is thats triggered us but its best to try to find out than not trying at all. If you can pin point what it was that triggered you then dont worry to much. The main thing is that you need to try and distract yourself as harming yourself really isnt going to help and it will just make things worse. There are lots of distractions on here that you can try, such as going for a walk (during the day) listening to music, watching a movie, doing jobs to keep yourself occupied or posting on the fun and distractions forum. This is the big distraction list that has lots of other distractions that you could try
