I'm sorry, I don't know of any in/out patient clinics. I really hope you find one though.

Heya there *Hugs* Sorry that your having a dififcult time. Things that i learnt form when i used to self harm are that if you slip up you must not beat yourself up about it and that you should try to draw a line under the slip up and star again, dont be to had on yourself. Its important to take things in small steps a day at a time. Do you have any support at all? Like a counselor? Is there anyone close to you that you could confide in? Could you talk to us about what it is that makes you harm yourself? Sometimes talking helps. The other thing thats important is that you dont keep things bottled up inside you. Thats why i mentioned counselling because if you keep things bottled up inside you it will only make things worse and can add to your problems.

Many people think that by keeping it to themselves its best because it doesnt hurt anyone else and only they have to know about it. But thats not true because it just make things a whole lot worse. There are also lots of products that reduce the appearance of scars in the shops, such as vitamin e. There are also lots of distractions that you could try like going for a walk, listening to music, doing jobs to keep yourself busy, watching a movie, doing jobs to keep yourself busy, watching a movie, or writing down your thoughts and feelings. This link also has a huge variety of different distractions that you could try http://www.recoveryourlife.com/forum...ead.php?t=1403 Take things in small steps a day at a time. I hope the link helps you. Please keep talking to us.

Take care best wishes Ian
