Triggering (Abuse) - my recuring dream (happened still got the scar)
ok Had that nightmare last night the bad one.
It not really a nightmare but a memory for when i was younger, one of the bad nights that i got in the way of my dad, he came in drunk as allways screamming and shouting mum hushered every one up stair i was 6 second youngist i know the rules but i hide under the table, leanne grab charlie ( charlotte the baby) and ran up stairs both my brother went to, my brother luke notice i wasn't behind him he called my name i didn't move. Dad caught him mid stairs and hit him round the head he fell asleep on the stair, which i thought weird.
i didn't quite grasp what was happening mum ran to luke aid but dad grab her punched her to the floor i sat watching untill him came into the kitchen i smell larger and his big black work boot he was ranting about some then he ran into the room and kick my mum in the jaw i ran to my screaming mother and put my else in the way, for that i got a kick to the rib, shattering one and leaving me gasping for air i was a asmatic but i still managed to grab the phone and call 911 whilst dad had gone to get a beer. leanne my older sister had already called them so as i held the fone to my ear the oporater just told me to hold on. when the police came it took foever to get him outside. i sat by my mum untill the medics came in, he and the girl cally looked at my mum who was passed out on the floor and started to help her, then the man tryed to help me seeing the already purple brusie on my arm, i flinched away from him he nodded to cally see my wounds she looked at my arms, " nothing broken then reanne" "you were luck" i shook my head she looked at me questionly i stood slowly and pulled up my top blood trickling down my belly. "Got in the way" i whispred "forgot the rules" i started to giggle at this the man grab my shoulder, he eyes brimimg with tears. He picked up and i did not reasist him took me outside too the police man, had a whispered convosation then lifted up my top the police man gasped and called his collegue over. after that i was loaded bk into the ambulance and taken to hospital with mum
