I am currently:
feeling down

i've had such a bad day to day and i feel stupid saying this but i want to cut so badly i can't talk to my friends because there all having problems can anyone give me some advice

Im not good with the advice but keep busy and try To keep positive. keep putting it off do something you enjoy lots, And forget about all the horrible-ness your friends may be having problems but im sure they wouldnt mind helping you :)

Heya there *Cuddles you* Im sorry that you had a bad day today? Do you want to talk to us about what happened today? I understand if you dont i just thought maybe if you spoke to us about it that it would help. I hear you about having strong urges to harm yourself. You shouldnt feel stupid for saying that you want to harm yourself badly. Please be gentle with yourself as getting yourself worked up will only add to your problems and could make things worse than what they are at the moment. I know this is dififcult for you right now but you can get through this.

Remember that we are all here for you and that we will do our best to support you for as long as you need it. Try to keep yourself distracted as much as you can i know its not easy trying to kep yourself busy but you will get through this these urge will pass by. You could try listening to music, doing jobs to keep yourself busy, watching a movie or posting on the fun and distractions forum. I am currently:

sleeping helps..mainly coz u cant do anything while ya asleep have a long relaxing bath then have an early night. things might be brighter in the morning only 1 way to find out...by seeing the morning!! <heh go me just thought of that or did i read it on a beer mat? nah i think it was me! anyway hope that was of some help. keep ya chin up kidda ya doin great

Sorry you had a bad day. Fully understand that. Pampering yourself is a good way to distract from cutting. It can be something simple like treating yourself to a dessert you like or something elaborate like a long soak in the tub.

Don't cut. If you're anything like me..it will make you feel better for minutes but the regret will stay too long. Its just not worth it. Even though you dont know us. People here care about you and are here for you when your friends cant be. Stay safe!
