General Medical Question - Urgent - *VERY girly* Bikini ouch O_O

I'm saying this is urgent due to ludicrous amounts of pain/soreness/itchingness that I am in.
Like to the stage it almost cryable.

So umm...this is embarassing but I kinda need to ask someone coz it's unbearable.
So normally I shave my um...bikini area and that's absolutely fine.
But I haven't for a while coz electric razor isn't working and I'm not gunna risk disposables.
I had one ingrown hair type thing...y'know red lump bit pussy.
So I plucked the ahir and it seemed to be recovering.
But now I have them everywhere.
It looks AWFUL, will probably scar and is REALLY painful and itchy.
It's all really sore and tender to touch.
I've put a hot sponge on it and drawn some of the pus out, slathered it in savlon and benadryl.
Is there anything else that can be done?
I've got a doctors appointment on Friday and I wouldn't mind mentioning it to him if it's not gone away but my mum's prolly gunna be there.
I talk about the full functions of my body with her, and have no problems discussing other problems involving nether regions however I dunno...what I choose to do with hair in that area seems like...well uncomfortable.
Grrrrr.x

Its not really a good idea to shave there because its sensitive. perhaps try lightly applying some ice to the area to take away some of the pain/itchiness/swelling. Apply some cream to prevent it getting infected. Apart from that im not too sure to be honest. Might be worth speaking to someone in a beauty salon as they do waxing and have to study things to do with hair follicles in that area if i remember rightly.

try putting on (and leaving there) a clean cold wet flannel. it reduces the itchiness.

sweat can irritate these rashes as can soap so be careful when washing.

are these lumpy rashes quite hard lumps? and big too?
it could be what i get (i suspect hydradenitis suppurativa sp??) but have never been diagnosed. Shaving makes me have flareups, i get it under my arms too and well anywhere that clothes rub in a crease (had one in the back of my knee once where some tightish shorts rubbed).

go see the dr, but in the meantime - ask your mum - more than likely she did something similar at her age and could advise. my mum shocked me by telling me what i could use to get wax off the bikini area without burning myself raw. silly me got leg wax and didnt realise that the wipe things would make me run round the room screaming with pain.
