That really needs to get looked at. Why can't you get to a+e. If it's transport then see about getting an ambulance/taxi/ a friend to drive you (YOU CAN'T DRIVE YOURSELF THERE BECAUSE OF THE POTENTIAL BLOODLOSS)
If it's because of being scared about what they see then maybe go to a walk-in centre. You don't have to give your name or you can tell them you don't want them to pass your notes on to your GP.

Why won't you be able to visit your boyfriend? It really does need to be checked as it'll probably need stitching and you could do with them making sure you've not lost too much blood.

Try going to a walk-in centre and don't tell them your name. Is there no way you can get to one? Though it isn't the ideal thing they need to be looked at with them still bleeding to make sure you're OK.

If they find out in a few days if it is infected they will have more of a problem with it than they would now because at least if you go now you have the strength that you're trying to look after yourself.

If you are really against going to the hospital then all you can do is put a pressure bandage on it and hope for the best. Put a couple of gauze pads over the wounds, then some cotton wool around the area to help apply the pressure over the area and then a bandage over the top. It has to be relatively tight to keep pressure over the area but not so tight that you lose sensation in your fingers/ your fingers go a blue colour. If this happens release the bandage.
I don't condone this at all but you *could* go to a+e and see if they'll see you without you giving them details of who you are or possibly even false details if this is the only way that you'll go and get them checked because it is better to be safe and I can understand why you wouldn't want it to go on your medical records right now.

You need to get this wound looked at.
If you lose to much blood you can go into a coma. I dont think you would be able to visit your boyfriend then. Get it checked out, even if you have to give a fake ID.
