As you're seeing thedoctor tomorrow I'll just say talk to them about it (otherwise I'd have told you to see one anyway).

Have you got an ED? Or taken any overdoses? Or been cutting and bled quite a bit before hand?

Anaemia tends to make you feel tired all the time, it doesn't usually tend to do things like that unless you've just been running or done some other type of exercise that gets you out of breath/ tired. It will increase your heart rate and your breathing but this would usually be only a bit and a long period of time so not something you'd suddenly notice. However, it does depend on the cause of the anaemia as there are quite a lot of reasons for it.

Hiya,
Thanks for getting back to me. The drs given me some iron tabs which should help. She also says i am suffering from anxiety which explains the other symptoms. So put all together ... it explains why i was feeling rough. She told me i need to 'try to chill out...!'.
Hopefully once the tabs kick in it should be better.
Havent got an ED/taken overdoses/or been cutting to have bled alot before hand.
Shes also increased my anti-ds to help with the anxiety.
Thanks so much for your help - it put me at ease this morning.

Yeh, anxiety was the obvious thing that I forgot this morning. It's usually the first thing I'd think of with those symptoms. Hope the Iron/ increase Anti-Depressants help
