Heya there *Cuddles you* I am really sorry that things are so difficult for you right now. Your not a failure or a waste of time at all. Could you talk to us about what it is thats making you feel like this? Has something triggered you? We are all here for you and we will do our best to support you. Talking is better than keeping everything bottled up inside you as that will only make things worse. Many people think that keeping everything to them self is better because it doesnt hurt anyone other than themselves but keeping everything to yourself actually makes things worse and can hurt people even more. No one can help if they are not aware that there is a problem.
Try to keep yourself distracted as much as you can. I know your having a difficult time right now but distractions are a much healthier way to deal with self harm. There are lots of distractions that you could try, such as going for a walk, listening to music, doing jobs to keep yourself busy, watching a movie, posting on the fun and distractions forum or if you find it would benefit you, you could write down your thoughts and feelings.
