Do you know what it was that lead you to slip up? Did something trigger you? Please dont be so hard on yourself as this will just make things harder for you and could add to your problems. Please be gentle with yourself. I know your disspaointed and up set but slipping up is part of recovery, we all have slip ups but this doesnt mean that you have failed and it certainly doesnt mean that you should give up on recovery.
Your not weak at all. Do you have any support at all? Please dont give up you can get through this, keep fighting through this. You did extremly well by posting, that to me shows that you want help. I know its not always easy posting but you did really well in that you were able to post and ask us for support. Have you thought about/tried distracting yourself? Distractions are a much healthier way of controling the urges of self harm, Self harm is extremly addictive in itself thats why its hard to stop.
But you can get through this, we are all here for you and will do the best we can to support you for as long as you need it. There are lots of distractions that you could have a go at trying, like going for a walk, listening to music, doing jobs to keep yourself busy, watching movie, posting on the fun and distractions forum watching a movie or writing down your thoughts and feelings. Perhaps if you find it would help you, you could keep an up to date diary of your thoughts and feelings?
This link also has lots of other distractions that you could try
