I'm fading
Fading from life and breath of existance. I am lost in this world of people who work,study,travel and simply live.
I do not do that. I can't. Because I am being consumed by a dark force of depression and anorexia. And voices and ****.
I know it will end me. It tells me so, I feel it. I want it.

I want to kiss the bottom of the ocean before I burst through its surface into the sunlight, otherwise I will always be wondering about what was left unseen at the bottom
i'm tired of chasing my dreams.
i'm just gonna ask where they're going,
and hook up with them later.

Have you got a counsellor?
You could talk to them about it?
Go and do something you enjoy which makes you happy.

Don't listen to the voices, you are stronger than they are and you can overcome them. I know it seems neverending but there is a light at the end of the tunnel, just open your eyes and you'll see it. Keep fighting because you can get through this.

My cpn is off sick still and gp fully booked. I have tried to get some CBT but that is an on going discussion with cpn.
I wish I could get private councelling but I don't have the funds. TheNHS ones here have an 18 month waiting list.
