General Medical Question - Urgent - sick for the past couple days

I have been throwing up for the past couple of days.
and i have started to throw up blood. but i dont want to go to the hospital because they would see my cuts and i couldnt stand that.
i havent really been eating, but thats because i feel so sick all the time.
i dont know what to do.

any ideas?

How does it look? Is it bright red? or more like coffee ground?
What have you eaten recently?
Do you have an ED?

bitter angel. its more of a bright red.
i havent eaten in about a week because of it.
and i used to have an ed, i am sort of resorting back to those old ways.

Have you been purging? Has it been coming up when you've purged or have you brought it up at other times? Have you got any pain in your mouth, throat, centre of your chest or around your last few ribs?

yes i have been puking and yes it contains blood when it comes up. and i have a little pain at the bottom of my ribs but my stomach is in wrenching pain sometimes. i dont know what to do! haha.
its happened to me before, a few times. it usually comes around after its been gone for a month or so, so i guess i'll just wait it out like i usually do.
just didnt know if i should be worried.

It might be worth going and seeing a doctor becuase of your pain and the blood/throwing up. The problems could be because of your ED if you make yourself sick (I'm too too sure from your posts). If you take laxatives that might be the cause of your pain as it does a lot of damage to your intestines and causes them to spasm if you abuse them but I don't know whether you do. Your pains may also be from the lack of food you've been eating as you do get pain if your stomach is contracting and there is little food in there so try eating a bit and see if that helps.

By the sounds of it the blood is either from your throat or oesophagus. If it were your stomach it would look a brown colour and more like coffee granules rather than bright red. The blood could be from excess vomitting due to the stress that puts on your body, or if the food coming up or your finger if you have made yourself sick, has scratched your throat.

If it is a lot of blood and you have pain with it you should get to your doctors/hospital ASAP as this is a sign of further damage. Don't worry about them seeing your cuts, cover them up and then they won't say anything. If they end up seeing them then they'll have seen loads of people with SI cuts on them before and they are unlikely to do more than ask you if you want help for it as you've not gone to the hospital specifically for them.
