i dont know what title to give this so mods please feel free to put one on for me.

ok, a few years ago i was anally raped.
since then whenever i have a hard poo my anus splits and bleeds and is sore for days after. sometimes when it bleeds there is a lot of blood.
it is getting more frequent and i dont know what to do to care for it wound wise because of where it is. i have been using savlon which helps for a bit but it happens again a couple of weeks later.
i am too embarressed to see a dr because i am very large.

Really the only thing you can do is keep yourself as clean as you can down there, and put savlon cream on it. It might also help to put Haemorrhoid cream on it such as Preparation H as these contain anti-septics and also help reduce the discomfort but I'm not totally certain on that. Finally, it would be worth you seeing your doctor about this. They won't care about your size or anything. They see this kind of thing quite often and though it is embarrassing for you it is just a normal days work for them and they won't judge you or anything. It's just with it happening regularly and stuff. If you are a bit constipated or something it might be worth using laxatives just to try and reduce how hard your poo is- but only if you're constipated.

this has triggered me so badly.

i cant see dr at the moment because my perios has just started.
i have got ibs and my guts go from constipation to diorrhea in a matter of hours so i never know the best way to deal with the hard pooh because i dont want it to go too far the wrong way.

Your size shouldnt matter, but I do think that it would be a good idea to have this checked out by a doctor. The skin might need a bit of extra support so that it can heal properly.

I think you should go to your GP. They are very nice and understanding about these things, they do not care about size, and you can request to see a lady GP if you like :)

That sounds so horrible, you poor thing.
What you have described is called an anal fissure. They're not uncommon, I guarantee your doctor will have seen tons before. Some people get them simply from passing a large or hard poo, and even sometimes for no obvious reason.
All the advice above is good.
But I wanted to let you know that there are creams available, from your doctor on prescription, precisely for this problem, and can heal these things right up.
I can't promise you that the doctor won't want to examine you to be sure that this is the problem. But I swear, they have seen every sort of bum on every sort of size person and it just doesn't matter to them.
I really think it would be worth making an appointment. It would be great for you to get this sorted once and for all.
