I am currently:

3 months!
I've made 3 months at last!!!! It was 3 months last Tuesday but I couldn't post because I was away. 14 weeks tomorrow and 100 days this Thursday. Next Wednesday it will be equal to the longest I've ever gone and that was over 3 years ago. I can't believe I've done it. I have an exam on Monday which will make me wobbly but I AM going to do this. I've come this far and I'm not ruining it. I'm going to beat this. I don't want to cut again. I just can't believe I've made 3 whole months!!!! :D

Wow I don't know you but that's really awsome! A real accomplishment. I actually remember my own three-month mark pretty well. (even though it was about four years ago) I remember telling someone and the feeling of living whole and having respect for myself and my body was great. Now that you have gotten this far, always remember how great it feels to have gotten ahold of something in your life that was so ugly. Celebrate!

Exams! I know how you feel, exactly actually...I just hit 3 months yesterday and I've got a lot of exams on and it's very stressful and is quite triggering. But you've got to learn to say "No!" yeah?
Well done! It seems like forever away when you're like a week cut free but when you hit 3 months cut free it feels like just yesterday when you were all self-harm-ey It's a massive achievement and life will get simplier and simplier without self-harm dominating it.
