At one point yes, and that is when he decided to quit the children's art show (Smart I think) he was doing.
In the end they found him not guilty though.
Also, he is not 100% dead at the moment, the actual words is that it is believed to be him. So it is not official, though given reports of his state of mind, I wouldnt be surprised if later it is confirmed to be him.
I remember him when he did that kiddies programme on a Saturday morning called Scratchy and Co.
