Virgin Megastores??? - No offence, but your friend needs to keep up-to-date on their information.
- Is also believe that they should have kept an even number of multichoice questions, as people are likely to get bored and simply 'sit-on-the-fence' about any decisions; reducing the validity of any results obtained.
- pft, there was no data collecting age or other preferences of the target audience.

I took it.
I wish there was something worse than "disagree strongly" which I could've used for Trustworthy and Reliable.
I use their ISP (only for a few more days, thank god) It goes down for hours at a time at least once a fortnight, and we get a few seconds of lag more often than not. Sometimes I get more than 30 seconds of lag and I just have to give up on using the internet.
Then when we told them we wanted to cancel, they started phoning us six or more times a day just to ask why we were leaving over and over again. We couldn't block their number because they provided our phone line too. In the last two days before we got our phone number changed, they phoned nineteen times.
If I ever meet Richard Branson in person, I'll punch him.
