Oh for f*** sake
So a few weeks ago I had an accident in my bedroom whereupon I hurt my knee. I thought it was just a sprain.
Week later it gets worse and worse and is causing me more pain than before.
So today I see my doctor and he says it's most likely a torn cartilage and that I will need physiotherapy.
To top it off I may need an operation.
Oh yes, i'm also in absolute agony and feel like tearing my leg apart.

The only advice I can give is to rest it from now on and not to strain it. I made that mistake a couple of years ago. I fractured my ankle, didnt realise I'd done it (thought it was just a sprain) and played polo on it 2 days later. It's been ****ed ever since.

go to the pound shop and get a knee support.
i remember when i did all the ligaments in my knee omg the pain was unbearable, i couldnt walk for months.

Thankfully my job requires me to sit all day and I don't really do anything besides dvd watching so won't get any complaints about resting it from me ^_^

It's a tad embarrassing tbh. I went to answer my front door and slipped on my carpet and banged my knee on the metal runners of my long wardrobe doors.
