feel so low today
have been feeling a lot better lately as on strong mediciation. but today ive felt awful. i hope i'm not going down that slope again. would just like some words of support/advice? thanks

I'm sorry you're not feeling too great at the moment.
As raistlin has already asked, do you know of any particular reason as to why you may be feeling this way?
Is there someone you can speak with about how you're feeling?
A therapist/parent/friend/or even a member of RYL.

really sorry ur feeling low. I'm sending ya lots of hugs. Just try and remember that one bad day doesnt necessarily mean ur gonna go down again. Your allowed a bad day every once in a while
