Bad dreams.... messed up head..... when does it all stop?

Will it be easier to just cut it all away? Just when I think Im happy, think my life is sorted something/someone comes along to screw it up again. My gf dumped me for one of my best friends and has now decided she wants me more than she wants her new gf.... I have a new gf.... who treats me a lot better than my previous girlfriend. We have so much fun.... we laugh all the time..... I feel like I can relax with her....

Ive thought so so so much recently that everyone would be better off without me. That maybe one cut will stop this.... pain.... dont get me wrong... when Im with my girlfriend things couldnt be better... but when Im home.... alone.... without her.... or my friends..... things start to get to me...... 2 weeks of non-stop crying...... I dont usually cry..... but I cant stop myself.....

I saw him today... after my dream last night that was the last thing I needed..... its the first time Ive ever dreamed about it and now the images wont go away..... I tried to avoid going near where he works so I didnt have to see him but I couldnt..... the only way to avoid it would have been by crossing a really busy road.......

Feel like Im going insane and can't exactly talk to the person I normally talk to seeing as some of the reason is to do with them.........

*bangs head on the wall*



Yeah...... feel free to answer or whatever..... sorry if this is hard to understand but its not really making sense in my head either.......

it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me but what i do understand how you feel.. my life is the same way. I don't really know what to say that can help.

Sorry if you found my reply pointless but i guess i had to reply just to let you know i know exactly how you feel. I know that doesn't mean much but i know it helps a little just knowing I'm not the only one who feels that way.

Do you have any proffesionaly help? if not thats a good place to start, by going to your gp.

The situation your in isnt fair, and your ex is wrong to treat you like that, at the end of the day you are happy with your new gf, and you should tell her that, and not let her ruin what you have now.

People arnt better off without you hun, what about your gf? family? friends? All of tham are better off with you here in thier lifes, like i said before if you dont have any proffsinal help, now is the time to look into that, get the help you need and deserve.
