This obviously isn't *you* at fault, but something underlying. You'll know better yourself but it might be worth going to the doctor and getting a doctor's note, or even speaking to your manager and saying that you're having some problems. Would you be willing to reduce your hours, or ask about other shift options?
Some real life support might really benefit you. I do recommend seeing a therapist, many people on RYL have seen one at some point or other, and I myself have too. It's just good to have someone in real life to talk to, rather than relying on a website, which yes is very good in the shortterm, but not the long term to help you get better.
Don't lose hope m'dear, there are options around this situation, it's just up to you to choose which ones.
