Well, I dont know whether it is inspirational or not, but I love and relate to the song "Fences" by Paramore. It has definitely gotten me through my rough patches along with determination.
Urm, 'Fast Cars' by Tracey Chapman helps me a lot although I don't know if it's just me personally and Either Way by The Twangs. 'The Great Beyond' by R.E.M. always inspires me to do well but that's more a personal thing rather than the lyrics!

this is such an awesome thread. music can be so transcendental and healing - its seriously one of the only things that has gotten me through my really bad patches of self harming (3 months free!).
Pearl Jam has been a band thats helped me heaps.
'Release' by them is a great song. there's so many more, i'll think about it and keep posting later.
