Cutters Wish- Fakesmiler
Underneath the smile,
cracks will appear
the desire to run a mile
and the want to dissapear
Inside your screaming
but you keep it within
sit there dreaming
and taking it out on your skin
hoping this will be the final time
that you have to turn to a blade
you're done with this big mime
wishing that, away you will fade
this time will be different
your not just going for a scar
you press down real hard
you want to go to far
away from this world
finally your free
one day this story
will hopefully be me.
Attention seeking Harmer
People stair at the scars
its like a massive warning
stay away shes crazy!
while the ideas dawning
But they never seen to see
the person behind the cut
that person there is ME
but they just sign and tut
Attention is the reason
thats what they think
they've made up there mind already
the ideas perminatly sink
But if they could just open there minds
and notice its july
and pick up on my signs
im wearing a long sleeved top
the sun is beatin down
and still im fully covered
but no they sit and frown
as my sleeve slips down
and they see
scars all up my arm
i completely disapear,
theres no real me
all they see is the scars
and some alien from mars
if they just considered life
even for a second
understand my need for a knife
people like me done belong in society
wish they'd go away
stop making a fuss
Dont worry i sit and think
that makes two of us.
