Adult assessment tomorrow *potential trigger*

so i've been reffered from cahms to the adult service (i turn 18 in just over 3 weeks) and i have my initial assessment with them tomorrow.

i am really worried because i don't know what to expect or what to say.

I don't even remember anything from my cahms assessment except that it just seemed to be endless questions.

Try not to worry about it, they are there to help you. My only advice is to be as honest as you can so they can offer you the right kind of help.

i think you can expect lots more endless questions and forms
and my advice is to just be as honest and open as possible - they can't give you the best help you deserve unless you are all honest with eachother and unless they know everything that is going on
