SI Question - I think?
All of my cuts at maybe a couple of mm's deep and wide have become very pussy & weepy. Anything I can do help that? Last time I thought I was infected I went to see the doctor and she said nothing was wrong!

Well it does sound infected to me.
Have you got any antiseptic cream you can put on it?

Ok, some wounds when closing can give off a clear fluid as part of their healing process. However, you do still need to rule out infection. Can you answer a few more questions for me please.
What colour is the pus?
Is the area around the wound hot to touch?
Is there any redness or swelling?
Is there an increased amount of pain?
Thanks
Kim

There is definately redness and swelling-and the puss is a dark yellow-ew.
I was told that it didn't matter unless they were hot to the touch-and these arent

Robyn is there any red lines (known as tracking) going up the inside of your arm from the site of the wound ? It almost certainly sounds like a low grade infection and you will need to see your GP to get some antibiotics, how long have you had the symptoms IE: the puss and swelling?
|
Now we all have a great need for acceptance, but you must trust that your beliefs are unique, your own, even though others may think them odd or unpopular, even though the herd may go.

I can't really see tracks-it's a little covered. A couple of days only since it's been like this.

How do you mean its covered? Can you remove whats coverin it and have a look?
Just to clear it up, not all infections are hot to touch.
The redness and swelling together with the pus are indicators that it may be infected.
It would be hard to say for certain without seeing the wound, but I will try to advise you best I can.. So the more details the better.
