My thread from Friday

All,

I posted a thread on friday asking a couple of questions. I've just logged in after a very hard weekend to find several messages about it.

I'm sorry for worring people. I did try to explain but found it made things worse for me and made a post which made things worse for other people causing them to worry.

Anyway, I just wanted to say sorry. Thanks for the support.
Becca

hey becca,

ryl is all about supporting people and trying to help people through stuff that we have all been through and are going through ourselves.
you didn't really cause anybody undue worry - you don't need to apologise at all!!! we replied to your posts and we sent you messages and stuff because we could relate to what you were saying and we wanted to be there for you and give you a chance to talk if that was what you needed. in general, as matthew's stickied thread says, ryl is an intense place because we all have intense issues and a lot going on, so we all know and expect that it can be very serious and extreme at times but that's what it's here for!

i hope that you are doing better and that you feel comfortable posting again and sharing again if you need to

really, you don't need to apologise. we're all glad that you were at least able to vent a little bit

be safe hun xxxooo

Sending you a reassuring hug!

My husband is my best friend.

In forgiving others, we are not exonerating them. They may not deserve exoneration. Rather, in forgiving others we are giving up our anger over the fact that what happened is not what "should" have happened or that our life is not the way it "should" have been.
