How do i get my stuff back from the old site and argh!! too many questions...

the old site is at http://v2.recoveryourlife.com but it is read only, so save what you want before it comes offline. pm harley or james a link to your old profile and they'll update your post count and join date.

the old version of RYL has closed down now. there was an announcement a while ago i think. dont even think its available as read only as the server was under too much strain.
