Is there a character limit on search results? Because I'm trying to search for DBT threads, and it comes up with no results, but when I search DBT therapy, it comes up, but I suspect there are more threads just titled DBT.

There is a character limit - DBT will be too short for a search term I'm afraid. Short words are restricted from searches to prevent excessive server load.
