Worried about self

I'm hearing many voices, I'm seeing many frightening things, I keep staring at the bottle of pills for 10 minutes a time...wondering, I feel sick, the police are looking for me I swear. I've done nothing and I don't know why they want me. I am so scared of the people and I can see something bad coming.......
I'm not sleeping tonight at all.

You sound very worried and scared.i know it must be frightening but please try to talk to someone you trust and try and let them in to help you.

I will, I wll I will in 8 hours' time but oh my god I am petrified its 00.28 am and nobody is awake there are weird noises in this room there are people hiding in the cupboards there are people staring through the window and I'm in so much danger I'm petrified for my safety people are whispering and I can't find them I'm shivering and shaking and Ican't get out because there are people waiting in the darkness behind my door aaa
