How do you mean you can't see any posts? RYL's forum homepage has latest post links, but when you click on a forum no threads/posts appear??? That, if true is really very odd indeed!
You could try emptying your temporary internet files / cache but I can promise you RYL has those posts and seems to be serving them out just fine!
As Camilla said, not all forums increase your post count, so that spamming the fun and distractions board isnt an easy way to gain access to forums we wish to keep more private. As far as I am aware everything there is working fine.
