should i tell dr ?

hello ,i have compulsions but never told my doctor do you think i should or not ?Wat i do is clean my teeth about 10 times in a day ,and everything must be straight as it drives me crazy if not ,has any one else got any ?and did you tell your doctor ?I'm not shore if i should if i should tell him or not ,as he is my knew doctor ,not shore if he should know ,

hi , and thanks for that ,i will tray talk with him ,but i haven't told him no ,and people is laughing at me so I'm question my actions now ,you see the practice don't do paper Any more as computerized ,my medical file or Wat every call it never got put on it ,but ill wright it down for the Dr to read as i can't talk to him ,
as your self i do have intrusive and i have disorganized thoughts ,they are finding it difficult to find me a psychiatrist as i have multi labels ,so for now I'm alone with every problem ,its bean 6 years wait now , thanks for your message ,
