I'm FREAKING OUT!!!

Because I'm currently in a Partial Hospitlization Program to help me get over my sickness. I have major depression, anxiety, and Borderline Personality Disorder. My insurance is only covering five days of this and tommorow will make the fith day. I am so sick and tired of this. I have not gone through treatment very long. I am used to dealing with my illness on my own, without medications, therapists, and physchiatrists. I am SOOOO SICK of this!!! I cannot keep going through these cycles anymore. I don't even know what to do with myself. I feel so overwhelmend with everything. My husband says that there is plenty that we can do for this, but I am not inclined to believe him. I kind of what to just go back to work and resume life as usual. But in the back of my mind I know that I will just end up back in the hospital due to my self destructive behavior. I am truly at a loss for words. URRRGGGG!!!!!

hugs hun that is hard. It's hard , really hard. Like I tend to end up in hospitals to, due to self-destructive behaviors and I have a great support team psychiatrist and meds and all that. So I can't imagine how it's like for you. It's hard to do on your own, but keep trying your best. Is their anyone you can see, and counselor you can see??

What have you been working on in the hospitalisation? What do they recommend as support when you leave? What do you feel you really need?

I was in and out of hospitali for a very long time too. It is really hard, but in the end you realise how to use the skills you are taught at home. It's you who saves you in the end, not hospital staff. However I agree you need to work on what support you get at home. Have you asked your insurance whether they will pay for treatment at home?
